Accessibility Statement
Last updated 2026-07-24 · Version 2.0 · Metatrix Labs (Ontario, Canada).
Our commitment
Metatrix Labs wants metatrix.ai to be usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technologies such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, voice-input tools, switch devices, and keyboard-only navigation. We treat accessibility as an ongoing part of how we design, build, and maintain the platform — not a one-time task.
Conformance target
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities. “Aim to conform” means we have adopted WCAG 2.2 AA as our working standard and design toward it, while acknowledging that not every part of the platform fully meets it yet (see Known limitations below).
Measures we take
To move toward our target, we work to build the platform using practices such as:
- Semantic HTML structure, with meaningful headings, landmarks, and reading order.
- Full keyboard navigation for interactive elements, without requiring a mouse or pointer.
- Sufficient colour contrast between text and its background.
- Clear, visible focus indicators so keyboard users can see where they are.
- Text alternatives for images that carry meaning, and empty alternatives for purely decorative ones.
- Programmatically associated labels and instructions for form fields and controls.
- Responsive layouts that reflow and remain usable when zoomed or viewed on small screens.
- Respect for the prefers-reduced-motion setting, reducing or removing non-essential animation for users who request it.
Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some areas of metatrix.ai may not yet be fully accessible. We want to be honest about where the gaps are:
- Some advanced 3D and WebXR experiences rely on spatial interaction and real-time rendering that can be difficult to convey through assistive technologies or operate by keyboard alone.
- Some camera-based features and real-time video experiences may not offer equivalent non-visual or non-motor alternatives in every case.
- Some third-party embedded content, such as maps and other external widgets, is created and controlled by other providers and may not meet the same standard as the rest of the site.
Where we can, we describe this content in text or offer an alternative way to get the same information or outcome. We are actively working to reduce these limitations over time, and we welcome reports that help us prioritise.
Compatibility
metatrix.ai is designed to work with recent versions of major browsers (such as Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari) used together with current assistive technologies. Because browsers and assistive tools change frequently, some features may behave differently on older or less common combinations. If a specific setup is not working for you, please let us know.
Regional note
We serve a global audience and take regional accessibility expectations seriously. For users in Ontario, Canada, we work toward the web-accessibility expectations of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA). For users in the European Union, we work toward the accessibility expectations of the European Accessibility Act (EAA). Our WCAG 2.2 AA target is the common foundation for both.
Feedback & getting help
Your feedback matters. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, or if you need information or a feature in an alternative format, please contact us at support@metatrix.ai. Please tell us the page or feature involved, what went wrong, and the browser and assistive technology you were using, if you can. We aim to acknowledge and respond within a reasonable time, and we can provide the relevant information in an alternative accessible format on request.
Assessment method & date
The accessibility of metatrix.ai has been evaluated by self-evaluation carried out by Metatrix Labs, using a combination of manual review, keyboard and screen-reader testing, and automated tooling. This statement reflects our assessment as of 2026-07-24 and describes the current state of the platform; it will be updated as the site evolves and as we address known limitations.
