Metatrix Academy · Recognition Network

Make it. Post it. Be seen.

The Talent Network is where makers in the Metatrix ecosystem show real work, earn kudos, and rise through the maker tiers. Your profile and posts are published to the network so other members can see them — treat everything you post as public. Nothing here is fabricated: the feed shows only what members actually posted.

How recognition is earned

The score is computed on the server from what you actually did — there is no manual ranking.

Publish a post+20
Receive a kudo on your work+10
Giving a kudo+0

Kudos you give cost nothing and earn nothing — that is deliberate, so recognition cannot be farmed by trading. Every post and kudo is appended to a SHA-256 hash-chained ledger that is re-verified on each billboard load.

The tiers, in plain numbers

What each rung actually takes, at 20 points per post.

Initiate0
Adept · 1206 posts
Artisan · 40020 posts
Master · 85043 posts
Luminary · 150075 posts

Kudos shorten every one of these. The scoring formula also reserves weight for credentials and proven mastery; both are inactive in this build, so they contribute nothing today and are not counted above.

Make something to post

The network only has value if the work is real. These are the rooms that produce something you can show.

What a good post looks like

  1. Show the artifact. A screenshot, a link, or the thing itself — not a description of a plan.
  2. Say what you made it with. Which room, which model, which constraint you were working under.
  3. Name the hard part. The bit that did not work first time is the bit other makers learn from.
  4. Post it once. Reposting the same work does not raise your tier; it just crowds the feed.
