What is BYOK?+
Bring Your Own Key. Paste your own provider key. It is encrypted with AES-256-GCM at rest and decrypted only in memory when your requests run. We never log it in plaintext.
Can I switch plans any time?+
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing cycle. Pro-rata refunds within 14 days of subscription start.
What counts as an "agent run"?+
One agent run = one top-level Max invocation that may call multiple tools. Tool retries within the same invocation do not count as additional runs.
Is there an annual discount?+
Annual billing saves two months (about 17%). Contact us or use the /register flow to lock in an annual plan.
